What to expect from your appointment:

Our technicians have years of industry experience to provide our customers with professional services at competitive rates. Indiana's extreme seasons make proper HVAC maintenance a crucial investment for Hoosier homeowners. Don’t fall into the trap of neglecting your HVAC system because it is "out of sight and out of mind." We recommend that an air duct cleaning is completed every 3 to 5 years.

In today’s world, we spend more time indoors and have more products to contribute to build up and debris throughout HVAC systems. Luckily, indoor air quality is manageable. An air duct cleaning will help remove things like drywall, dust, pet dander, pollen, and dirt from your air ducts.

We also recommend that our customers schedule regular dryer vent cleanings. According to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission there are an estimated 15,500 dryer vent related fires every year and many insurance companies require annual vent cleanings.

On average an air duct cleaning of a 2500 sq ft home takes approximately two to three hours. We provide a quote for the complete air duct cleaning before your appointment is confirmed. Unlike other companies, we do not use high pressure sales tactics or offer vouchers for partial cleanings - we may recommend additional services, as needed, but we understand and respect each home owners’ decision to approve or deny any work. Please be aware that any appointments rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a $35 fee.

Benefits to air duct cleaning:

  • Improve Air Quality!! It is common to find dust mites, bacteria, mold, pollen, insects, rodents, animal dander, mildew, construction debris and other dirt to be trapped in your heating and air conditioning system.

  • Reduce allergies and other respiratory issues!! Indoor air pollution is often THREE to FIVE times higher than outdoors and this polluted air is responsible for 50% of all illnesses.

  • Save money!! Removing half an inch of dust from cooling system coils will reduce your monthly electric bill by at least 15-20%. Furthermore, according to the U.S. Department of Energy, 25 to 40% of the energy used for heating or cooling is wasted due to contaminants in the system.

  • Prevent MOLD growth!! HVAC restoration will control moisture and humidity levels that, if left untreated, can cause major structural damage, trigger mold growth and lead to serious health problems.

  • System Maintenance!! During your appointment, the technician will not only be completing the cleaning but will also look out for any disconnected duct work, leaks or inefficient set up. If any of these issues are noticed, your tech will provide a quote for repairs.
